Learn Hera by using it
Pick the course for your job. Each one takes about 20 minutes: you practise 14 everyday tasks on real Hera screens, read a few short explanations and answer 5 questions. At the end you get a completion code and a certificate.

- Each task shows a Hera screen. Tap or click the part it asks for. Get it wrong and you can try again; a hint appears after two tries.
- You practise on Oakbrook House, an imaginary care home. The residents and staff are made up.
- Your progress stays in this browser, so you can stop and come back on the same device.
- When you finish, email your completion code to Hera Care Solutions and print your certificate for your training file.
